Refund policy

We accept returns of unopened, undamaged MEDCLOT pouches within 30 days of delivery. Because MEDCLOT is a sterile medical product, opened or used pouches cannot be returned.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it free of charge.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return
