Because MEDCLOT is a sterile medical product, we can only accept returns of unopened, undamaged pouches within 30 days of delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it at no cost.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
